As I listen to some of the speakers at the conferences I've been attending this year, one thing stands out. They keep talking about their teams and how "we" track results carefully and "we" prepare quality content that engages and "we" share across multiple channels and "we" are focusing on native video. The "we" talk goes on and on. As I reviewed some of the recordings recently, I laughingly thought to myself, "Boy, that's what I'm missing! I'm blogging, networking, creating video, I've mobilized, etc but I need one of those "we" things they keep talking about! Who is your "we"?
